I had a fantastic experience with Palma Sea School, completing the two-week course, including the practical training and final assessment. A special thank you to John, who was an excellent instructor. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient and encouraging throughout the course. His practical approach and the way he explained things made everything much easier to understand, and I came away feeling much more confident and prepared. I also want to thank Jo for all the administrative support. She was always helpful, responsive and made sure everything was organised smoothly from start to finish. And thank you to Margaret, our assessor, for making the assessment professional, fair and supportive. Her approach helped create a positive environment while still maintaining a high standard. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The combination of great teaching, practical experience and a very supportive team made the two weeks both enjoyable and valuable. Baly and Jo were great. Extensive opportunity to practice sailing, manouvering in and out of harbor in different angles and situations. Sail trimming and safety across all situations. Included a 4h night sailing and sleeping at anchor one night as well!

I had a great week doing the Day Skipper course on Millie. The boat was well set up for us, and very comfortable to also stay onboard. The quality of the instruction from Bali was fantastic. He understood how much or how little instruction I needed at every point of the week and seamlessly tailored the course for each participant, even though there was varying levels of experience. I came away learning a huge amount and met some lovely people! I would highly recommend this school.
